Edição Extra was published from August 1972 till December 1993. It was published irregularly until issue 64, then bi-monthly till 79, then monthly till issue 165 and then bi-monthly again until it was eventually cancelled in 1993 at issue 211. It was also titled Mickey Edição Especial, Mickey Edição Extra and Edição Extra do Almanaque Disney for a while. One issue in June 1973 (#54) was titled Mickey apresenta Disney On Parade. Each issue featured a different character or theme.
