Ehapa launched this monthly pre-school magazine in the summer of 1993. Unfortunately it was cancelled in 1999 or 2000. Bambi was originally created in 1989 by Disney-Hachette Presse in France for 1-3 years age-group.

The magazine was popular from the start, and Disney Italy began publishing a similar version in 1991. The circulation of Bambi in France is 55,000, and in Italy it is 50,000. France and Italy have been sharing production of the pages for nearly two years.

Ehapa followed the same formula of stories and games as in the Italian Bambi, also using the same title and logo. Ehapa may become more involved in the production of the magazine by developing games and activities.

If you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland you can subscribe to Micky Maus, Donald Duck Sonderheft, W.i.t.c.h., Lustiges Taschenbuch, Einfach Tierisch and Disney Prinzessin.

All Disney titles of Ehapa are for sale in these three countries in all shops that sell magazines and books.
