Disney Kids, a new monthly supplement distributed with the main Italian weekly TV program guide, TV Sorrisi e Canzoni (circulation 1.6 million), launched in May 13 1998 and continued through to October 1998. Disney fans could purchase Disney Kids for an additional Lit 700, and enjoy listings of TV programs that are educational, entertaining, informative and creative. Each issue also included editorial pages linked to the scheduled monthly programs as well as a Disney comic story. The first issue had a print run of 350,000 copies.
