This third series of Donald Duck Pocket was launched by VNU in 1992, and is now published by Sanoma Uitgevers. The series succeeds the first pockets series (which produced 11 books from 1970 to 1975) and second series (which produced 53 books from 1977 to 1991). Eight issues of Donald Duck Pocket are released each year, but in 2006 the publisher decided to increase this output to 12 issues, making it a monthly publication. The Dutch pockets are exact copies as those compiled by Egmont and released in Denmark (Jumbobog), Finland (Aku Ankan Taskukirja), Germany (Lustiges Taschenbuch), and Norway (Donald Pocket).

How to get this title

The titles of Sanoma Uitgevers are for sale in most book and magazine shops and grocery stores in the Netherlands and the northern part of Belgium. Some popular titles are also distributed to popular holiday destiations like Spain in summer time.
