The full title of this series is Oom Dagobert - Verhalen van een Steenrijke Eend ("Uncle Scrooge - Stories of an Extremely Rich Duck").
These albums have the same size as De Beste Verhalen van Donald Duck, but in stead of Donald Duck feature only stories with Uncle Scrooge in the leading role. In the first albums, all stories were made by Carl Barks. Then, around number 30, they started printing Egmont- stories, which lead to a cancellation of the title in the 1990s. The series was later picked up to only feature stories by popular artist Don Rosa. They started printing Rosa's epic story The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck and then started printing the latest stories of Don Rosa. |
