Disney's Action Club magazine, a digest-format comic book, was targeted at boys aged six to ten with five comic stories per issue. All comics were newly created by the publisher Acclaim. The first issue was released in May of 1997. Action Club's first lead feature in May of 1997 was Toy Story, Followed by Hercules, Mighty Ducks and Aladdin. The series was canceled later in 1997.
