The Carl Barks Library of Uncle Scrooge Adventures in Color. These collectable albums were published from January 1996 at a monthly rate. A total of 56 issues came out, reprinting many great stories Uncle Scrooge stories by the legendary Carl Barks. The albums were released by Gladstone.

They contained 2 to 4 stories. The number of pages varied from an average of 26 to up to 40 or 45 pages. The albums, in the Carl Barks Library in Color series, were extremely popular. They are cheaper than the expensive Carl Barks Library hardcover books, which contained 10 sets of 3 books each, printing all Barks' stories in black and white, as he made them.

How to get titles from this publisher

Although Gladstone has stopped publishing and selling new comic books, they offer back issues at their website www.brucehamilton.com (or www.carlbarks.org)
