Sanoma brings Super Donald back to the Netherlands

Posted on April 11th 2006 in Disney comics, Europe, New Titles

Sanoma Uitgevers in the Netherlands will revive the popular Italian PK stories this year, with a new series titled Super Duck starting later this month. A second issue of Super Duck featuring Donald Duck as a superhero is scheduled for October. The publisher had originally introduced PK in the Netherlands in 1997, with Duck Power, but that series was cancelled from poor sales after just two issues.

The new series will probably contain stories from Italian PK2 or PK Pikappa.
