At the official opening of the brand-new Expedition Everest this weekend, President Al Weiss revealed two new attractions to be added to the list of upcoming attractions at the World, both based on the popular Pixar animated film Finding Nemo. The two new attractions will open by the end of this year.

They are:

• At Animal Kingdom in the newly enclosed Theater in the Wild, a new live 30-minute musical show will feature characters from Finding Nemo, using a variety of special effects and pupetry.

• At Epcot, the ride component of The Living Seas will be renovated to accommodate the cast of the Pixar film; the vehicles are converted into “clamobiles” and special effects will be used to make the Nemo animated charactes appear in the Living Seas’ 6-million-gallon tank, along with the 65 species of real marine life living there.
