This month Ehapa released a a special edition of their popular Lustiges Taschenbuch pocket series: a round-shaped 353-page comic book titled Lustiges Taschenbuch Extra Fussball-Fieber! The book is shaped like a soccer ball, for the World Cup Soccer in Germany this year.

The odd-sized comic book contains eleven stories that are related to soccer; eleven stories because there are eleven players in a team on the field.

Four stories are reprints from Lustiges Taschenbuch, two have appeared in Donald Duck before, and five stories are new to Germany before. Most of the stories are from the Italian Topolino.

Each page is glossy and is formatted the same way, with a colorful background and a soccer ball that contains the page number.
