Once the potential of a 'dialect comics'-market was discovered Helsinki Media published "Isoon Taloon Ankka", an album translated into the dialect of Southern Ostrobothnia in 1998. The same stories were published in Finnish in Mahtiankka Roope-album. The album was translated by Joose Tammelin.
The second dialect album was 'Kui, sanos Aku' in the Turku language (published in 1999). Same series in plain Finnish were published in the Ankka kaikilla mausteilla-album. The stories were translated by Veepee Lehto.
Another album translated in Helsinki dialect was 'Rotsi on mut byysat puuttuu', published in 2000. The same stories in Finnish can be found in the album Paljasjalkainen ankka. The translator was Sami Garam.
