This magazine was released 5 times per year during vacation periods in France, from 1991 to 1995. The title features the Disney Club television characters and always includes a premium for the reader. In the summer of 1995, Disney Club Vacances got a new look. A total of 20 issues came out
The has changed its format and contents in the middle of its run. The new version was expanded from 84 to 100 pages in a smaller, square-backed format that gave it the feel of a "collection" issue. The additional pages were dedicated to comics, with stories based on classic films such as Aladdin and the Little Mermaid. Some comics were taken from the American Disney Adventures magazine, which is published in a much smaller format. This contributed to the change in Disney Club Vacances, allowing it to adapt to the small-format comic stories. Another change was the general concept of the magazine, which formerly focused on one theme such as pirates. The new version included more leisure activities through games, practical information and "how-to" articles.
