Mickey Mouse Mystery Magazine was a bi-monthly publication launched in 1999. It was quite popular in Italy, but canceled in 2001 after just 11 issues.
The mystery series featured Mickey Mouse as a detective. The stories had more more violence and 'bad language' than the usual Disney comics. Also, the design looked a bit more mature than the traditional Disney comic stories; they remind of Marvel super hero comics from the US.
