The publishing and music businesses of Walt Disney Enterprises of Japan Ltd. have merged under one leadership with the newly created home entertainmeny division in Hong Kong. The businessesa re now all grouped at the Hong Kong regional office under the aegis of Tim Whale. Effective in February 15 of 1995, Mr. Hideo Aono took on management responsibilities in Japan for the publishing division to his duties.
